MAY 2010Bruce and Sultan WIN the 7&8 year old HOYS qualifier at Addington Manor. "Bruce Menzies and reigning Horse & Hound Foxhunter champion Sultan V were the fastest of three double clears to take the top Horse of the Year Show (HOYS) ticket in the first of two seven- and eight- year-old handicap qualifiers." SEPTEMBER 2009Mohammed II owned by Old Lodge qualified for the 6 year old Final at the Horse of the Year Show. Mohammed jumped a treble clear at Wales & the West qualifying him for the Scope Festival of Showjumping. At Scope he then qualified directly for HOYS which is in October.

SEPTEMBER 2009Bruce and Sultan V are selected for the World Breeding Championships in Lanaken, Belgium. Only 4 British bred horses from each age group were selected. The Championships are from 24-27 September at Zangersheide. |
AUGUST 2009Zilando is 5th at AddingtonZilando (purchased from us in 2004) is 5th overall in the non British bred final at Addington Young Horse Championships. Ridden by John Whitaker, Zilando jumped clear all show and shared the bonus prize. |
